As with most everyone coming away from a conference, my head was spinning with new ideas after being inspired by so many interesting and experienced presenters and Where the magic happensfacilitators. There was one item that spoke to me most, it was the two circles, “Your comfort zone” and “Where the magic happens”. Reflecting upon our successes, this is exactly what happens. To make greater strides we have to take greater risks. Which is what I intend to do.

I went outside my comfort zone and now more instructors are coming to us for assistance because we’ve given them the convenience of joining us online.

What have you done outside your comfort zone recently? Or, have you even defined your comfort zone?
