Whether you’re relatively new to the eLearning field and you’ve been practicing Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline or a weathered professional, you may want to show off your wonderful portfolio. But how?

Pictures are static. You can publish them as videos, but they won’t be interactive. You could have published HTML on Google Drive Hosts, but that’s no longer an option.

My favorite way is with the help of the wonderful (and totally free) GitHub. Check out my how-to video here:

Or, you can go LMS as described next, but this involves messy logins. GitHub is the best way to go.

Keep in mind, as an eLearning Specialist you will have to have a very good understanding of LMS and how SCORM files integrate with them. So, now it’s a good opportunity to through all your beautiful designs in full featured LMS for free.

Moodle: https://moodlecloud.com/en/login

Black Board: https://www.coursesites.com/webapps/Bb-sites-course-creation-BBLEARN/pages/index.html

Canvas: https://canvas.instructure.com/login/canvas

These are my top three choices. Keep your SCORM files small, perhaps around 20 slides, and you can house a few dozen projects on these sites. Learn how to open up your “courses’ or portfolio, to guests so anyone can access and view them as interactive eLearning designs.

You will get proficient at LMSs and show off your eLearning stuff.
